As it was the weekend of the Tasar open event at the club it was decided to have an evening of Food and Fun.

Tony, our Social Secretary, put his thinking cap on and came up with something different that everyone could take part in. First of all he put his chef's hat on and cooked a meal of chilli con carne and jacket potatoes. Lynn also set to in the kitchen and made chocolate brownies for all. The food was top notch and the brownies……….scrumptious.

As for the entertainment he put his diy head on and constructed a stall for a game of Tin Can Alley. He had even spent time painting the tin cans !! Teams were drawn up and everyone took turns to throw soft balls at the cans trying to knock them off the shelf. Although that sounds easy, seeing the outcome of some... well, enough said.

All in all another successful evening at Porthpean.
