Fish & Chip Supper 2004

More than 50 members and guests, sat down in the Clubhouse to a fish & chip supper that was superbly organised by Kay & Garry. Round about 8 o clock Kay appeared in the doorway with whopping great bags of pre ordered fish, chips, sausages, chicken etc. Fortunately all the packages were clearly marked with names and contents, which enabled very quick service. The meal was completed by ice cream with chocolate sauce.

Some very nice donated prizes formed the basis of a successful rafle. The evening was rounded off by a music quiz produced by Lionel, which certainly stretched the grey matter, and was in fact won by Team Phillips whose team had consisderably more grey matter (hair) than others.
