Fitting Out Supper 2004
Over 40 members and friends attended the fitting out supper on the Saturday 27th March. The theme was “The Good the bad & the ugly”. There were some valiant attempts to capture the mood as can be seen from some of the accompanying photographs. The evening was organised by Kay & Gary, with help from Jenny March & Colin, who decorated the clubhouse with a plethora of mobiles. The food provided was Mexican themed, based on Chilli with rice & extras with fruit salad & ice cream to follow. Just to add some spice Kay also provided a quiz, which baffled most people but once again the Commodore showed his immense knowledge by providing the most correct answers. The 2004 season starts here and if the size of attendance is anything to go by we are certainly in for a good season. Only fine weather & fair winds are needed.
